  1. I still haven’t received my item yet, where is it?

    99.99% of our orders are shipped the very next business day. You may view question #2 for further ship time information. Please email info@mygearstore.com for any further order specific information about shipping details.

  2. What is taking so long for my item to be delivered?

    Although 99.99% of orders are shipped the very next business day, it may take 1-2 days to process the payment. Below are the shipping times when the package leaves out warehouse.

    USPS Standard Delivery = 1-2 business days processing + 1-7 business days delivery, Total: 1-9 business days (including Saturday)

    USPS Expedited Delivery = 1-2 business days processing + 1-3 business days delivery, Total: 1-5 business days (including Saturday)

    UPS Ground = 1-2 business days processing + 1-5 business days delivery, Total: 1-7 business days

    UPS 3-Day = 1-2 days processing + 1-5 business days delivery, Total: 1-5 business days

    If for some reason your credit card does not immediately authorize there will also be a delay in the order. In the suspected occasion of fraud the methods taken are at our digression. We do want to make sure you are satisfied and will look into the situation for further details.

    Please be advised that USPS does not offer detailed tracking but only delivery confirmation.

    For larger items, UPS will be used. UPS ground for “standard” shipping consists of 1-2 business days for order fulfillment plus 1-5 days for delivery. UPS 3-day for “expedited” consists of 1-2 business days for order fulfillment plus 3 days for UPS delivery.

    APO addressed items may be delayed due to USPS not being able to deliver your package. Please contact our customer service department for any further information

  3. What will it cost to ship my item?

    The shipping and handling cost reflects your location and the shipping method that you choose. To get an accurate estimation of what you will be charged for shipping and handling you will need to complete your shipping information including your shipping method and hit continue. Your order will not be charged at this point so hitting “continue” will not yet confirm your order.

  4. Why does shipping cost so much?

    With regards to the answer provided for question #3. Since shipping is a service, the charge to you is not the actual postage cost to ship the item. The prices of our items are tiered to balance the set shipping cost. This is why our item costs are lower than you will find anywhere else. This is to compensate you for some of the shipping costs that may be a little high. Upon checkout you will be asked to agree with these terms and place the order. Please note that the shipping charges are clearly noted before you agree to the order.   5. What should I do to return my package?

    If you would like a return or an exchange please email us at info@mygearstore.com for more details. Each return needs Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA #.

  6. How can I resolve my shipping error?

    If there was a shipping error or a manufacturer error or the item received was defective or damaged we want to resolve the issue as promptly and efficiently as possible. Please email us at info@mygearstore.com with your order number and the problem and we will immediately rectify the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

  7. Can I track my package?

    Unfortunately USPS does not have detailed tracking for their packages but they do offer delivery and signature confirmation. We pay for delivery confirmation for all our packages so that USPS will provide a delivery date. You may view delivery status at www.USPS.com with your package id.

    UPS has detailed city to city tracking available at http://store.mygearstore.com/ordertracking.html with your UPS tracking number.

    If you do not know your USPS package id number or your UPS tracking number please email us at info@mygearstore.com and we will provide that for you.

  8. My package is confirmed delivered but I do not have it, what can I do?

    We recommend that if your package is confirmed delivered and you do not have it that you converse with you postal carrier, check around your mail area, check with neighbors. We have had missing packages in the past that show up in offices or clubhouses. It is rare that a package is simply missing. We are confident it will show up.

  9. Can I cancel my order?

    Most orders are shipped the very next day. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped otherwise they will need RMA #’s.

  10. Can I change my shipping address?

    Most orders are shipped the very next day. Delivery addresses can only be changed if the package has not been shipped previously.
