Simply enter in your tracking number in either postal service you requested and track your package instantly. Please be advised that USPS does not offer detailed tracking, but only delivery confirmation.
What is taking so long for my item to be delivered?
Although 99.9% of all orders are shipped the next business day, it may take 1-2 days to process your payment. Below are the shipping times when the package leaves our warehouse to better inform you of how long your package might take:
Standard Delivery - 1-2 business days processing plus 1-7 business days delivery. Total: 1-9 business days.
Expedited Delivery - 1-2 business days processing plus 1-3 business days delivery. Total: 1-5 business days.
99.9% of our orders fill the next business day. If for some reason your credit card does not immediately authorize there will also be a delay in the order. In the rare occasion of fraud, the methods taken are at our disgression. We do want to make sure you are satisfied and will look into the situation for further details.
Also for your information, APO addressed items may be delayed due to USP not being able to deliver your package.
Why does shipping cost so much?
The prices of shipping reflect the cost of the item and the shipping method chosen. The actual cost is for shipping and handling. Since shipping is a service, the charge to you is not the actual postage cost to ship the item. The prices of our items are tiered to balance the set shipping cost. This is why our item costs are lower than you will find elsewhere. This is to compensate you for the cost of shipping your item. Upon checkout you will be asked to agree with these terms and place the order. Please note that the shipping charges are clearly noted before you agree to the order. How can I resolve my shipping error?
If there was a shipping error or a manufacturer discrepancy, or if the item received was damaged in any way, we want to resolve the issue as promptly and efficiently as possible. Please contact us immediatly with your order number and the issue, and we will respond as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Can I track my package?
Unfortunately USPS does not have detailed tracking for their packages but they do offer delivery and signature confirmation. We pay for delivery confirmation for all our packages so that USPS will provide this information. You may view delivery status from the above USPS tracking field. UPS has detailed city to city tracking available with your UPS tracking number, which can be entered in the above UPS tracking field.
