My Gear Store, Inc. Returns & Refunds:


Returns and Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any return issue as this is a time sensitive matter.

Refunds are only accepted for defective items, or due to an error on our part. We will honor the return of a defective item within 30 days of the order date. Returns that are due to customer error, or buyer’s remorse are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In these cases the shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Note: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed within 30 days of your purchase. Orders will NOT be processed with out an RMA number.

Each return, exchange, or refund is subject to a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number from My Gear Store, Inc. Please email us at info@myGearStore.com for the specific return instructions. Please note that a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.

All exchanges or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition. This includes all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or retail packaging. My Gear Store, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any such returns.

Return Procedures

Pack the products into a shipping box or package with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. It is very important to write your RMA# on the outside of the package you are returning. We identify packages with the RMA#. If your RMA # is not visible on the outside of the package we may refuse your package (return). We suggest that you use USPS First Class or Parcel Post (Insured). Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Moby Wraps: If you are not happy with your Moby Wrap we are unable to authorize return unless the wrap has never been removed from the original packaging.

Video Games: Can only be exchanged for a different title if unopened.

Scales: If your 35, 55, or 75 lbs scale is not functioning properly please make sure it is receiving enough power by testing it by battery and AC adapter to ensure this is not the issue. The scales are sensitive, and may be affected if placed (in use) too close to another electronic device.
